Hi, I'm Diane Welch, an experienced workplace investigator and certified executive coach with over 13 years experience as an employment law attorney.

In my previous career as a successful employment lawyer, I provided advice and legal representation as in-house counsel for a large government agency and private employers and business owners faced with internal conflict, EEO and employee relations complaints and controversies, and complex litigation.  Now, I put that experience to work for you  to address internal conflict and complaints, and improve communication. Addressing these areas is crucial to avoiding legal claims.  In my experience, communication can make or break the productivity and morale of a business or organization. Coaching CEO's, managers and supervisors on more effective and professional communication and interactions with their people helps reduce the likelihood of legal claims and is much more cost-effective in terms of time and resources.  

In the unfortunate event that you are faced with an internal EEO or employee relations complaint, I perform an in-depth and neutral third-party investigation that includes a detailed report of facts, findings, and recommendations. If a facilitated conversation would help resolve the matter, I am a mediator adept at fostering understanding and resolution for those at odds with each other.
