My goal is to improve workplace communication which leads to higher productivity and more job satisfaction. I accomplish this through one-on-one leadership coaching and/or group teambuilding. However, if things have escalated to the point that an independent investigation is warranted, I perform an in-depth and unbiased investigation of the matter and provide recommendations for improvement going forward.
Expertise and Experience: During my career as an employment attorney and in-house counsel for a large government agency, I coached and counseled leaders and their people to work more cohesively together through professional communication. In other circumstances, I conducted and oversaw numerous investigations of EEO and Employee Relations complaints. Now I put that experience to work for you. If poor communication or performance is the problem, my skill and experience as an executive coach ensures that coaching and training is effective and well-planned with the finesse required to achieve the best possible outcome. Separately, if you have an internal complaint or issue that requires an unbiased investigation, I bring my knowledge and expertise to provide a detailed review of the matter and provide you with a detailed written report.
Objectivity and Impartiality: As a neutral, third-party professional, I bring an unbiased perspective to the table and ensure that coaching, leadership training, and investigations are conducted without actual or perceived conflicts of interest.
Confidentiality: I provide a safe space for employees to discuss concerns during investigative interviews, share personal issues during coaching sessions, or participate in training sessions without fear of retaliation. [NOTE that attorney-client confidentiality does not apply to my services as investigator or executive coach.]
Enhanced Employee Confidence: Knowing that their concerns are being handled by a neutral third party can increase employee trust and confidence in the process, while promoting transparency and fairness.
Conflict Resolution: As a professionally trained Mediator, I bring the tools necessary to help resolve internal conflicts through coaching and facilitated conversations. While not legally binding, a conversation between parties in conflict and facilitated by a neutral third party is often a path forward to resolution.
Improvement: My experience and training allows me to identify root causes of issues and recommend preventive measures geared toward fostering a more positive and productive workplace culture.
